Available together or individually, the corn feeder and corn grinder are the perfect combination. Washed cooked corn is collected in the feeder and continuously transferred to the grinder in a gradually regulated flow for the milling operation. Control of volume and mositure is maintained throughout the process. USDA Listed.

  • Single paddle-type auger provides an even flow to the grinder.
  • Stainless steel exterior panels; solid stailess steel hopper body.
  • Stainless steel welded frame.
  • Optional level sensors and water flow meter.
  • Space saving design mounted n top of grinder.

Corn Grinder

  • Double tapered interlock roller bearings.
  • Easy pin removel through rotary plate for stone gap quick release.
  • Pulleys and multiple Vee belts for smooth operation.
  • Stainless steel cover panels and hot dip galvanized frame for corrosion protection.
  • Available from 20 HP to 75 HP.
  • Corrosion resistant finish, and stainless steel cover panels.
  • Optional variable speed drive on corn Feeder.
  • Capacity: Up to 6000 Lbs/H.
  • 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 75 HP U-frame baldor heavy duty motors.
  • Optional stainless steel frame.
